Clifta Coulter Perez I'm doing a workout here that I saw Dana Linn Bailey doing on youtube. She called it the Big 3. She did 20 reps on each exercise... but because I'm on my Journey to getting back in shape after 4 months off... I dropped my reps to 10 and went a little light on the weight too.
