Feb 10, 2012 - the other day I was in the gym and worked hard. I felt the pain like I use to - the next day and night. I like that pain, its a good pain. I also felt inside me that growing so to speak was about to get easier, like I had found some magic button or my muscles did rather, like I past some kind of a 'point'. I felt I needed to make sure I got in the next day (I let something stop me), is something about NOT missing when you reach that?
