In this video I walk through the recipe for ground beef and tomato sauce I typically eat along with some veggies on my rest days. I'm currently intermittent fasting following the leangains protocol and this recipe is perfect for rest days since it is high in protein and has a good amount of fat which is necessary for muscle recovery. Mar 14, 2012 - after cooking that was about 1lbs of beef. The nutritional facts were for the whole 1lb cooked, that usually makes about 6 servings for me.
