In this video I walk through the recipe for ground beef and tomato sauce I typically eat along with some veggies on my rest days. Mar 14, 2012 - after cooking that was about 1lbs of beef. The nutritional facts were for the whole 1lb cooked, that usually makes about 6 servings for me.
