Feb 16, 2012 - i have a question more like a request if you can :) i really like the lower leg exercises specially you have nice calf definition :) is it possible for you to make a video on everything that is mostly calf raises one legged two legged toes point in toes point out seated calf pressed and showing all the angles of your calf muscles? they really look amazing! i hope you dont mind :) also a question love handles what do you think is best to lose those? thank you very much for all the great videos :D
