Feb 24, 2012 - Thanks for the compliment! In Regards to your question, rather than focusing on calories focus on daily grams of protein, carbs, and dietary fats. The most important thing to focus on is protein get 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body-weight. For carbs keep it around .5 grams per pound of body-weight. For dietary fats .5 grams per pound of body-weight. Keep at it Bro!
