A bit of posing & flexing after my 3rd workout after coming back from a broken hand, the lighting's not the best so I changed it to black & white but looking pretty good all in all, definitely lost mass on legs & as my legs are really long cause I'm 6'4 it's more noticeable but showed them for my own motivation, a little bit on shoulders as well, I'm more of a fighter than a Bodybuilder these days anyway hence why my posing routine is a bit rusty lol.
