Feb 25, 2012 - well she doesnt have a "form" yet, just about to learn how to squat for the first time, shes 50 but most ppl think shes 40 :b, she works out about 3 - 4 times a week at home with a couple dumbells n a stationary bike since a couple years ago when her knees started to hurt, onlly exercise she does for legs is cardio.

Feb 25, 2012 - i actually developed the same kind of pain for playing basketball, lately was getting alot worse so i decided to stop playing n focus on developing my legs, after 6 months i dont have pain anymore so my mom wants to work out her legs more too n i tried to teach her the squats but i go really low n she wasnt confortable doing the same form, so i think you could teach her alot better :)

Feb 26, 2012 - Yes, I think sometimes when we develope our leg muscles, and become aware of how they feel... we carry ourselves better and the knee pain goes away. :) I'll see about trying to make a video soon. :)
