May 9, 2012 - Not actually, they're both "technically" at 140BPM, dubstep is set on a 70bpm tempo dnb is 140bpm, which is why you can mix dub and drum & bass

Not sure why people talk like they know what they are talking about when they don't

May 11, 2012 - dnb is 175bpm (or 88), same drumstep 88bpm (or 175). dubstep is 70bpm - so which is why you can mix dubstep with breakbeat etc.
