May 22, 2012 - You have a lot to learn. Creatine draws a LOT of water to the muscles that absorb it. People who take creatine and get cramps are not drinking enough water. I take 5-10g a day, and I drink 4L of water a day. I have never cramped.

May 25, 2012 - My problem with creatine supplements is that yeah creatine is found naturally in nature, but not in the amounts the supplement companies advertise. Unlike protein supplements where 30 grams of protein can be easily substituted with chicken breast and beans, 5 grams of creatine cannot be obtained from a normal diet.
