Apr 10, 2012 - @callmebuu Thank you, they do make a difference in positioning, many things play a factor when your standing contrasting to seated, what I do is constantly change up my position every couple of weeks from seated to standing or vice versa, just to make that small tweak to stimulate the muscles differently to avoid Plateau's
