Apr 17, 2012 - Hey bro. Cheers for the feedback. You probably want to be looking at around 2400-2600 kcal per day... I would advise that at your age, don't jump straight onto weights. You prob wanna start with body weight exercises and cables.... I will be posting some brilliant videos of a member of my team doing some wicked body weight exercises really soon..
