Cassie's goal is winning her class in the Figure 5'4" at one of the largest amature bodybuilding competitions in the country. From there, her hope is to eventually achieve Pro status at a National show later in the year. She works with her husband in changing lives through lifetsyle management, weight loss, and working with patients with Celiac Disease and gluten sensitivities. Her husband, Dr. Jason Kremer, is also a competitive natural bodybuilder and columnist for Paleo Magazine, and unlike most bodybuilding competitors- her dietary program is strickly Paleo.
